I switched from a well-known competitor purely because I was sick of the £6 monthly fee. The Ultrahuman Ring Air is noticeably lighter, the app is brilliant, and the sleep insights are just as, if not more, accurate. Best wearable decision I've made.

Ordered on a Tuesday, sizing kit arrived Wednesday, submitted my size Thursday, and had the ring by Friday. Incredible UK service. The titanium finish looks incredibly sleek, and it barely feels like I'm wearing anything.

As a physician, I appreciate the granularity of the HRV and skin temperature data. It's an excellent tool for monitoring baseline health without the bulk of a smartwatch. The lifetime free app model is highly commendable.

The ring itself is fantastic—super light and the 6-day battery is a lifesaver. My only minor gripe is that the charging dock feels a bit lightweight and can easily be knocked off the bedside table. Otherwise, a stellar product.

I could never sleep with a watch on, but the Ring Air is so thin (2.4mm) I completely forget it's there. The morning recovery score has really helped me adjust my training schedule at the gym.

Great piece of kit. The step tracking is slightly different to my Apple Watch, but the sleep architecture data is vastly superior. Love that I don't have to pay a subscription to see my own health trends.
